Question Things you miss (and don't miss) about not owning a Scoob anymore

I miss:-
The fantastic traction and grip
The brutal power delivery
The Scooby burble

I don't miss:-
The low rent interior
The ridiculous fuel consumption
The idiots trying to race you

Although I wouldn't look at owning another one as a daily drive, I'd love one to keep in the garage to use as a summer cruiser / weekend car.

if I were to sell mine I definitely wouldn’t miss the idiots trying to race you….fuel consumption and interior really doesn’t bother me

use mine before for the first time in around 3 weeks and still puts a massive smile on my face 😁

I miss the sound
I miss the looks
I miss the grip
i miss the head turning and positive comments it got wherever I went, the jaaaaaaaag has had some nice comments but it's a little subtle with the styling, the impreza looked like it was doing 100mph when it was stood still.

Not alot i dont miss really, the cramped interior was a ******* for me so i deffo dont miss that.
I dont miss dynamite dunc either........

Will i have another one? No probably not, i absolutely love the jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag and the immense low down torque the supercharged v8 delivers so cant see me ever wanting anything other than a v8 now.

Never say never though..........

Had one for the last 18 years and not selling the one I have now. But if I did…

Would not miss:
-Poor fuel economy
-People behind me so close that they look like they are sitting in the back trying to start a race!
-The knocking rear struts - regardless of how many times you change them
-Changing the spark plugs!
-Seat belt squeaking!!

However would miss:
-The noise
-Driver / car connection
-Old school boost delivery
-Just the feeling you get from driving cars from that era
.

I’ll be keeping mine until you pry the keys out of my cold dead fingers.

Can't think of anything I wouldn't miss to be honest. When you've run a RX8 running under 200bhp and doing low 20's MPG it makes you realise how much you love the Impreza.

The only thing i wouldn't miss is the unwanted attention. Every car and van wants to race this OAP in his old Subaru

My thoughts are is it’s a drivers car , so i don’t mind the interior , the interior is still better than and evo 😂 my Fsti’s have proved the be the best all round car i’ve had , 36 mpg if driven sensibly , reliable ( not trying to open a debate re the 2.5 engine ) quick , no turbo lag , handles well , four wheel drive ,involving and fun to drive , plus a nice burble , the only bit i would like would be cruise control as standard , as it’s good for a long trip , can be retro fitted but not cheap 👍😁

I find it funny when people go on about Subaru interiors, if your fused about your Subaru Interior then your driving the wrong car.

Without a doubt they are, but they certainly require a bit less of a skilled driver than say an oldschool M3 or a Supra.
I always found I would lose my bottle before my Impreza's lost their grip.

that’s often a plus side , let you have the fun with out getting near crashing 😂😂 both my v8 I prefer driving when it’s dry , 500 bhp and 500 ft pound through a set of rear tyres is fun in the dry but a limiting factor in the wet 👍😁
