Low boost or is it.
Forester 2001 s turbo, boosting .4 bar at most, is this normal am I expecting too much. Replaced turbo tdo4 soark plugs, all pipes seem fine, selonoid,MAF, stuck now.please help.

it should be running more like 0.8 - 0.9BAR at peak.........could be split pipe, inlet gasket issue or many other things.........
take it to the likes of Howard at HDC Subaru who I would guess is fairly local to you

is the boost pill still in the pipe , you said you replaced the turbo or is it the correct boost pill , or was the issue there before you replaced parts , maf can cause issues too , fuel pump ?
