thinking of selling my wrx sti saloon, registered 31/12/2010, 28750 miles, full dealer service history, pearl white. Any ideas on what this would go for, I know its only worth what someone is willing to pay for it but after looking on Autotrader & Pistonheads I am totally confused. Prices seem to range from almost £20k down to £10k.
Any sensible comments appreciated.

condition reflects price ,, most assume that because they have polished the outside to death that it must be worth a fortune now but most haven't had any restoration work done on the underside so most are suffering from rust in places regardless of how tidy they think they are lol once you start removing the parts and looking properly they nearly all needs some bits doing ,, if its a clean as it seems with that low miles its prob up around the 18-20 range as white is always a premium lol

Due to miles I'd list at higher end. But guess most of the high prices will be dealers who will sit on the stock for ages until sale. Private sellers tend to be more in a rush to sell, hence dealers buy them and resell at a higher price. Why not see what a dealer would offer you. There's a few well known dealers spoken about on here who buy good examples.

The car was inspected underneath about 6 months ago found some areas of rust on the cills. It was booked into my local bodyshop the side skirts removed. The rust was removed treated with a zinc rich primer then repainted and the skirts refitted. Everywhere else looked ok.
Can you point me in the direction of any dealers.
