What are peoples thoughts on service intervals for the following...

Front & Rear Diff Oils
Gearbox Oil
Spark Plugs
Coolant


Mine were all done 10k ago, I am thinking it maybe time to do them again? Car is a 2003 STI if it matters (Engine oil gets done every 3K, Millers ).

Do you not have a service book?? (albeit old and filled up)
From the MY03 workshop manual (differs slightly from Subaru UK service book intervals)

I have seen that yes...

However it states to do an engine oil & filter change ever 9,000 miles or 12 months, which obviously isn't what's recommended.

I figured asking the community would be the best option to get a feel for what everyone else does
