I drive a 2003/4 Wrx Sti Type Uk running approximately 330bhp. My car is due a service. It's used daily but does minimal mileage. It's currently got 5w 30 fully synthetic in it. The car doesn't get driven hard and I'm think of changing to 5w 40. What engine, gearbox and rear diff oils do people recommend aswell as spark plugs?
