Default New Carbon Fiber lip fitted to Hawkeye

Fitting was very easy probably due to the stiffness of the lip, However my drill didn't work and ended up using a Swiss Army knife.
The quality is exceptional.
It's hard to believe I've had it a year and not used it, the car that is.
Thanks everyone for the advice.

Cheers Iain👍 I was going to replace the wheels to 18" but apparently the wheels on are worth a bit so I'm looking at changing the colour which is a big debate in our house, I thought Black and my wife fancied Flitter Gold & my son said anthracite.😤

To get the right Gold I would have to go to the Wheel Specialist but their reviews aren't very kind or Romax who are superb are limited with colours so would probably end up with Anthracite from Romax.

Wheel Specialist seems to be in Brum. Didin't realise you were travelling there. If you are there are 2 places that mates have been to.

Wait I think we might be talking about 2 different companies, the one in Brum seems to have a lot of good reviews.

Romax have a couple of Gold shades but still not the right one, I'm thinking Gloss black but don't want to look like Knight Rider🤭 Wheel Specialist can match the manufacturer colour but a lot of people complained about corrosion coming back after 3 months, never had any problems with Romax even after four years of having mine done.

You mentioned Xr3😋 friend of mine back in the late 80s had the RS16i.
I never really appreciated motors back then, a lady I know has still got the Sierra Cosworth she purchased back in 1987 never been modified and is still garaged to this day.

Where did you buy the splitter. Looks very nice. I've noticed the centre door piller in carbon for sale as well. I'd add them if I can pick up one of the splitters. I've already broke a plastic and a fiberglass on there bloody high kerbs as well.

I got it from Scoobyworld, fitting was easier than I thought and had no little helpers.😉
