Can someone recommend me a mechanic or garage in North London or surrounding areas? I need to do timing belt spark-plugs, a general health check etc on a JDM import...I emailed FB Tuning but they never got back to me...

You could possibly try perfect touch in Waltham Abbey, been there a few times with my scooby and a few mates take their cars to them also. I've only had rolling road done there no mechanical work but like I said friends have and my bro in law takes his Bentley there. They do a lot of high cars and sports stuff.

Another +1 for Rich at FB if it's not too much of a trek from where you are. Better off ringing than emailing, he's always pretty busy. Little further for you, but there's also RM Performance in Banbury, a lot of the guys local to me use them and always speak highly of them. I'm quite lucky, literally live right in the middle between FB and RM lol
