come out of SN retirement for this, Scammer Alert
BN Europe Ltd and Golden Gate Fleet Ltd
So this company below, get a partner to buy it from me for a grand, then claim it is damaged, I offered a full refund upon return, they refused because they want the item, now they are selling it on ebay for 5 grand, yes thats right 5 Grand, and have submitted a paypal claim stating the following
Item not a described. Client thinks he is the only person with friends. We all have friends that stretch far and wide if need be.
Sounds slightly threatening to me

Certain crowd that sell coilpacks did something similar to me. Sent faulty ones then wanted me to start testing them to find out which ones where faulty. I said no and sent them back only for them to refuse to sign for them.
Launched a PayPal claim and it was declined cause no proof of delivery.

How would you know that was your badge though? Or is the friends thing about the fact you know?
The same world where people are asking over Ł100k for a 22b.
The watch analogy is a good one, I collect vintage seiko and your average Joe wouldn’t know the difference between a full fake parts special or an original, but to me and other collectors of them it’ll look like a POS. Same thing with the badge, if you’ve got a Ł100k 22b a fake badge ain’t gonna cut it!

id a run in with him before on ebay where he tried to buy Alcon rear calipers of me for Ł150, he started getting arsey in messages when i told him no the auction will run to end - needles to say he didnt win the auction and i never heard from him again

He opened a paypal claim now and being a bit threatening in the case notes
Dear Mr ****, sorry my bad. Mr Lunt. I would like to return the item for a full refund. As for the goons you have recruited on facebook to intentionally tarnish my reputation says great things about you Mr ****, sorry Mr Lunt. This too is all documented and pictures along with the mutual friendship you share with these people. Ironically this will be of great interest to the police too, once you have reported the matter. Painting an image of a saint, only realising Mr ****, Mr Lunt is not so Mr Nice guy. As for the other things you mention. I have no such knowledge of what your talking about. I think you should stick to your day job. Being a zero is hard time, trying to be an online here is so lame. Here come the key board warriors. Anyway all praise to god. Isnt it amazing. We go from no communication to FULL real time communication. Amazing how things turn around. You can do all you want. Im a man who has never feared anyone. As for the UK goons, it makes zero difference. UK goons account for 0.01% of our sales. Our international market is far greater. Have a lovely day. I expect this to be resolved by end of day before I escalate the matter. I have spoken to Royal Mail whom confirm I am on CCTV collecting the bent envelope. All I asked is for a partial refund. But because online fame is so important to you, you twisted the story to make it work for you. Dont start something you cant finish.

1. return the item undamaged as far in as the last set of pics he sent me, and I will issue a full refund or
2. He closes the Paypal claim and moves on
I dont understand his issue, he bought it to sell, he opens a case saying item not as described and yet lists it on ebay for 5 grand yet he told me in his messages it wasnt worth a grand and he cant resell it now for a grand as it isnt worth that, yet he is now selling it for 5
