I feel for you mate, I hope karma catches up with “haroon” one way or another.....or he does the decent thing and karma hunts someone else who is intent on causing misery

Hmm.... his comments on my R205 thread now become a LOT clearer.

Obviously his car (BN Europe) on eBay at the time that he was trying to pitch!

Good Evening.

Hope everyone is well. First things first. Every story has 2 sides to it. You have heard the sugar coated version. The version that makes one individual seem like a complete saint. Anyone in their right mind after reading this will come to their senses.

Fact: no one has been scammed, or even attempted to be scammed. Its a load of bollox.

What I also discovered today about human kind, people can be so vile, hatred comments, racial comments, threats or violence, all displayed over social media. All over something they arent even involved in. Its none of your business. Because no wrong doing has taken place. This will be my last post on scoobynet officially. It seems im constantly targeted, im literally just tired of it now. I dont feel the need to justify myself to anyone. Im not some hard man, but I dont fear anyone. We are all human. Ive seen messages, regarding ones mother and whatever nonsense you think can do. Im not hard to find. Come and look for me. The world already has enough key board heros.

Moving on. I will now state the facts backed up by screen shots. If your smart enough you can work out who is wrong and who is right.

Theres no doubt GGF & BN are family owned businesses. Infact theres more than those 2 companies. Im not hiding from anyone, I dont spend my days sitting around or scamming! As some allege. I like a private quiet life. Hence there is no need for me to be waiving a flag if im BN or not. Business is Business. Sure our prices are not to the liking of everyone. But we do sell, we do turn over, and have a very very healthy client base around the world. Our feedback is 100% for a reason.

I originally messaged and offered ebay username: marbles0. I got one response and that was it. After a long string of various offers and messages, I was intentionally being ignored. Its not illegal to have 2 or more businesses? So I messaged from another account. I would message maybe 2-3 times a day, again being completely and utterly ignored. What to do?
So I bought the badge @ £1000.00. Why? because it was already sold via BN to offshore client.

All of a sudden I get a complete response from this seller. Full and true response. I guess money talks?
I requested further pictures which were infact sent to me. From the same seller who would never bother messaging back anyone. I even once messaged about his other item, still no response. Whats the point of this all?

Anyway I proceeded to wait for the item to be shipped. Somehow I missed the delivery. Was bizzare. Low and behold next day I went to collect the item. I signed for it and left all happy, with somewhat of a bent envelope, not taking any notice. Now..... before we jump the gun....(Royal Mail confirms I am on CCTV leaving with a bent padded envelope)
Moving on, I returned home for lunch. Opened the item, chuffed with a big grin on my face (wife can confirm this) looking back and forward and thinking wow how rare is this??? My client will be over the moon with this badge. After gazing at this for a short while, I notice the one edge is bent/creased. I immediately take pictures and message the seller. Sellers answers were a little vague and demanded more pictures.
So later that evening I sent more HD pictures to show the seller the damage to the badge.

Now lets get this straight. Why the HELL would I self damage such a rare damn badge??? Its already sold, again why would I damage it? Its arrived damaged, im in my FULL right to message the seller and discuss and have a moan if be it?? I paid £1000 for it. Im entitled to all the questions in the world.
Seller offers me full refund. What good is that to me? I can not get this badge from anywhere else. Partial refund please? Bearing in mind the item had option to make offers. Which means CLEARLY the seller was prepared to take a lower amount. Any harm for the seller to offer £50 or more as a partial refund. I mean I just paid him £1000?!!

Anyhow seller is adamant on a full refund. Mean while over BN Europe (standard practice) to list items in advance or before they reach stock. Or I even list items if already sold, call it marketing etc...Even now we have items listed, which might not be in stock or in transit to us. Normal!

Now the part im at fault. I flip and leave him negative feedback. That was wrong, im not going to dispute it any further. My hands are up for that. Seller gets annoyed and gets ebay to remove the feedback. (fair play)

By this time the badge is already shipped. Its with DPD to be exported out the country. So its long gone!!! I have tracking number prove this!!!

But now that the seller has taken it to social media (making himself look like some saint). I was really really annoyed. So I decided to waste his time. I opened a paypal dispute. I then escalated. In the mean time the seller had recruited over a 100 goons online to start messaging, send me abusive stuff. ALL of which was unnecessary! If your a real man. You do man to man talk, not recruit some santas helpers. The paypal case exercise had one objective only. (waster sellers time) I was never sending the badge back. I never wanted to. I was always gonna keep it because it was sold. Client who bought the badge paid me in advance, so the badge was always sold from day 1! It was never going back.

Im middle aged, family man, with 2 kids. I have not scammed anyone. Never ever! regardless of that old article 11 years ago. I have never ever done it. I conduct business with and alongside some very very reputable names in the Subaru industry. My credibility is all there. My feedback is 100%. I have worldwide clients who could easily testify and confirm the service provided.

If I owe anyone money, or you believe you have been scammed by me, come forward. There will be NO one as I have not scammed anyone.

I did tonight message the seller, requesting his contact number. Im a humble being, I wanted to clear the air and apologise for any such ballache. He decided he didnt want to. He said hes not sure what that would achieve???

Anyhow, as of 2.14pm I had closed the paypal case. Im sure the seller also got notification. Oddly the seller didnt think it was fair to let everyone know. So im writing this to clear my name.

1. Paid for the badge in full
2. badge received.
3. badge shipped out already
4. seller has his full money.

Wheres the scam? If something is damaged, you, me and the rest of the world would do the same. Complain!??? I did nothing out of the ordinary. But I have been talked about on facebook, people are so vile it was half disgusting to read what people have to say. They dont even know me!
Ive attached some pictures and screenshots etc to add foundation to my claims.

I wish you all the very best. Im subaru crazy. I have many many cars. Subaru is the one car I would never sell. Its my everything. Its my passion pure dedication. I strive to keep the best and rarest items in stock.

Im a true man to my word. I didn't scam anyone. I would never betray the brand I represent.

More importantly I would never bring shame to the brand that we all owe respect to Colin Mcrae. He is my true hero. I will take all the abuse off social media. But vow not to ever return to the open forums again. What I had to read was one of the worst days in my life.

Im out.

Kindest Regards
Harry

So harry007 bought a bent badge. Still sold it on knowing it was bent at a 500% mark up.
But wanted a full refund, which can only occur if the item is returned. But it was sold.
Your ramblings prove that you cannot remain lucid when telling fibs.

Harry007

Here is my side of the story (given that there are two sides to every story)

Firstly lets get the sympathy stuff out of the way

I am a middle aged family man with 4 children, 2 of which are disabled

Secondly, you now admit that you Harry007 are now Haroon Malik, BN Europe etc which you claim you never were

Initially I listed the badge for sale at 1000 open to offers, I was contacted and had several messges backward and forward from BN Europe Ltd saying it wasnt worth 1000, and made claims that their Jap Badges were only wirth 300 and the only reason they were listed at 600 were due to the fact you had no stock, however a quick check on sold items, showed this to be a complete lie

You made very low offers (as BN Europe) I decided that I would no longer participate in discussions with BN Europe

Suddenly I started getting messages from Golden Gate Fleet and I decided not to follow up on these messages due to the seemingly annoying responses (and lies) from BN Europe thinking somehow the accounts were linked

I ignored your ebay messages on other items for the same reason as you were not interested in buying my other items

So when you actually paid the full amount, I then engaged in reasonable communication as you were now a serious genuine customer, to which I explained the reason why I had not replied previously due to BN Europe, at no point did you state that you were acting on behalf etc as BN Europe, you started complaining again I hadn't responded straight away with the pictures I explained fridays are difficult with having my children (again 2 of them are disabled) but once I was home I took several pictures of the badge and sent them to you

Then Saturday I went and packaged up the badge in bubble wrap sleeve a foam padding sleeve then inside a jiffy bag, and posted the item out special delivery guaranteed delivery before 1pm for Tuesday, I was a little surprised that you then messaged me to say you had missed delivery but would pick up the item on the following morning

I then get a message from you saying bad news buddy the item is damaged you sent pictures which I had trouble seeing on my phone and I was away in Essex working, you promised to send further pictures later that evening, which I could then see once I was back home, and could see some ever so slight damage to the corner , at which point I offered you a full refund upon return of the iten, you refused, I offered a full refund again, to which you responded with a threat of bad feedback and wanting a partial refund, you then listed the item on ebay with no damage at all showing or indeed even in the description

Throughout this whole transaction discussion as BN Europe or Golden Gate Fleet Ltd, you never wanted to pay more than 500 pounds for the item, even saying it wasnt worth 1000

You also state in a message to me that the item is no longer saleable , but yet you have sold it for 5,000 pounds

You then do leave me negative feedback, which ebay instantly determined was Feedback Extortion, I called you out in private message , you ignored these and instead opened up a paypal claim

I did not recruit any goons, I posted my dismay at your actions on my FB wall, and a couple of people posted on your BN Europe Page

Now another point worth mentioning is that you claim (via message on ebay) to have zero knowledge of bn europe but then you say to Paypal im damaging your business, not quite sure if as you claim you and BN europe are not connected in any way shape or form, and I had only shared BN Europes FB post

Both Ebay and Paypal confirm that your actions are quite dishonourable and very poor and indeed looked quite suspicious given you only ever made a maximum offer of 500

As for the goons, it seems you have quite a bit of previous with many members around scoobynet and facebook

Ive been here for over 20 years on this forum , from version 1 in the late 90's

As for the screenshots posted , I could post up all the screenshots of the messages from BN Europe

I had no notification that the case was closed , I didn't know until you posted here , and Paypal on the phone advised me not to have any direct contact with you given how abusive agressive and threatening you were in the case notes

At the end of the day, all you had to do was be straight with me, honest up front and truthful, you have been quite the opposite ,

The fact is had you said would you be prepared to offer a partial refund of 50 quid, I would have accepted that

However your intentions (shown by your actions) you were not prepared to do this, instead you got aggressive and demanding and threatening (before I even posted on here or facebook)

The inconsistences in this post are unreal. You are a complete an utter scammer and are obviously relatively well educated or you didn't write the response.
You should be banned from trading on any forum and from eBay.
I find it very strange a man from Birmingham has ended up living in Hereford (stranger things have happened) but I doubt you've annoyed the wrong people and have had to ship out.
I know Solihull well as I used to have relatives there (due to health reasons) and it wasn't hard to find out about you and your shady dealings there.
Now Harry or whatever alias you are going by when it suits you its time you were a good child and admitted that you are wrong in your business practices.
You would be better thought of for being honest than trying to save a sinking ship.
Watch this space for you could find things turn the wrong way for your businesses if you have the audacity to call them that cause businesses usually trade fairly with each other.

Enough with the “I’m innocent” spiel Haroon. You are a crook and have shafted tons of people over the years, including me. And when they make a complain about you either with eBay or PayPal, invariably you get abusive and threatening. And that has been documented as well time and again. The only reason why your feedback is 100% on eBay is that you get eBay to delete all negative feedback you receive. I have personally noticed your page on eBay having 2-3 negative feedback entries from time to time, which get magically deleted (NOT removed by the buyer, but actually deleted by eBay admin staff) a few days later. Your google feedback on your BN Europe page is actually a lot more representative of you and your crooked business practices and tells people everything they need to know. Now, why don’t you p*ss off back to your cave, as everyone is sick and tired of you.

haroon has just sold this supposedly for 5 grand and he’s bothered about 50 quid refund?

Harry007 wasnt going to post again but he did (we got the leaving speech, but he came back)

Im glad he has posted the pics of the damage that made the badge unsaleable (but he sold it for 5 grand anyway)

He seemed determined no matter what to get money off, strange how he was adamant before purchase the badge wasnt worth 500 quid let alone a grand, so how can he justify selling it for 5 grand, lets hope his buyer is on here and sees how much he has been fleeced,

Its a Gel Badge and that 'damage' would easily have come out

If it is also sold and already shipped, why list it on Ebay and why didnt the new buyer just buy it from me via ebay for a grand instead of 5

He has now closed the PayPal dispute

I don't believe for a second he has. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets his mates to 'buy' them on ebay, so that it looks like these parts are worth silly money. All part of a plan to create a fake over-priced market for them.

I'll say it again, who the f*** would pay £5k for it?

Regardless of who did what...

Why the hell would you send an almost impossible to find £1000 gel badge in a Jiffy bag! Jeez, that’s crazy isn’t it? I’d have bubble wrapped it and put it inside a hard plastic box then bubble wrapped that inside a cardboard box. You were kind of asking for trouble really from my eBay selling experience.

The only defence is the packing wasn't the best for a £1000 item.

But if you've sold it for £5000 it's insanely cheeky to ask for any refund.

eBay rules also say your not meant to list items you don't own.

I don’t know honestly. For all I know he could have 10 of them stashed away like people I buy expensive watch parts off who buy everything up & drip them out once every few months. It sucks but once we sell stuff the next transaction is none of our business really is it. I guess a bit like when you bought the badge, you could have paid £10 for it for all anyone knows. I guess if he sold it pretty quick for £5k more fool not selling it yourself for that.

Yes it sounds like he’s being a **** trying to get money off for the damage given the sale price but it does sound like you could have avoided that happening with a belt and braces delivery in a hard box inside another. I don’t believe he’d damage it himself seeing as he wants to make a killing on it so can only assume it happened in the post. If it was properly sent this whole fiasco would have been avoided wouldn’t it.

If he was an honest buyer none of this would have happened , as I said he messaged me from other accounts stating it wasnt worth a grand 500 tops, never offered more than 500 using multiple accounts

His ebay shop is now closed, his FB pages closed down

I asked around a few places on its potential value, but like anything rare, its only worth what someone is willing to pay for it , its a gel badge, why is there no damage shown on his ebay listing photos (and yes it is the same badge trust me )

He was desperate to get the badge , I dont care too much what he sells it / sold it for as long as I have my money which I do and the paypal case is closed

Looking back I sold him a Nardi Steering Wheel we haggled over the price and I let it go for 170 , he still has it on Ebay for 540 quid

Now the buyer of the Nardi wheel was BN Europe , Golden Gate denied knowing anything about BN Europe and kept it hidden, even harry007 denied it was him 11 years ago and ever since, until this thread he outed himself after ( in this thread) said it wasnt him
