Surface rust underneath everywhere!! Is there an easy way to kill it? Like a spray on killer then something else to protect?
I have googled and there is a lot of products out there, was just wondering if anyone has tried and tested?

What's this on? Ideally you need underseal but that needs to go on really when there's no rust, as will just rust behind it. You can paint stuff on that neutralises rust but it will come back, I think something like sandblasting underneath would be better.
A friend of mine was telling me about Buzzweld the other day, a fairly comprehensive selection of products there.

Personally, I’d be looking to remove all the components that are rusty, have them blasted and either powder coated or recoated with something else to prevent re rusting. I’d be looking to then treat the underside before coating with something to prevent rusting before refuting all the removed parts

you have to remove rust, sandblasting cutting/changing parts etc.
and my advice is use marine epoxy primer like jotun jotamastic 87 or epoxy primers which are containing zinc
i'll use marine epoxy primer for my suspension/drivetrain parts and underbody

I would remove any undertray, arch liners, heat shields etc and steam clean/pressure wash it, once dry rub any surface rust/peeling underseal back to clean metal, degrease and treat with Bilt Hamber Hydrate 80, then paint the treated rust areas with Electrox zinc coating. Once dry under seal the whole underbody and arches with Dinitrol or Bilt hamber UB. Use a cavity wax on the sills, box sections etc.
Its a messy time consuming job but will protect the car for years. Any high impact areas can be touched up as needed. A decent of rally armor mudflaps would help protect it too

citric acid is also known as lemon salt, you can use lemon salt and hot water.
i guess deox c has both of them
how are you using phosphoric acid? gel or liquid?

Phosphoric acid Is in liquid form but I suppose you could say it has high surface tension , and using it depends on the job you can brush it on or drip it off a needle for small chips . brings it back to bright shiny metal.
………………..presuming there is any metal left an its not all rust
