If I don't manage to get insured soon, I'm gonna have to sell the Subaru Mcrae. I had it last year insured fine, but this year no-one wants to know? Someone tell me how a 20 year old can get insured for less than 4k??

Either that or make an offer for my car? Cos thats what Im gonna have to do innit??

Had the same problems as you pal!! your best bet is to give A chap called Keith Michaels a call, try direct line or privelage, they are both on line and were the cheapest quotes I found. Im 23 3yrs no claims and paying 1596 on a 95 wrx, bit more than I expected but if you can afford the running coasts of a scooby then you must afford the insurance. Give them a try and let me know how you get off. Best of luck

why dont you get a trade ploicy.Tell them you are going into buying and selling cars, small time, but want cover to make sure you are legal to drive cars in your possesion.I know of someone who has just done this.Maybe an option for you.

Try the directline / tesco lot, they seemed to be the best for me, always worth giving Rum* a call, he may be able to help.

Somebody suggested the trade policy idea a while back, and it got shot down in flames. I think if you make a claim you will have very little chance of them paying out.
