I seen one flash down gorsey lane in litherland, Liverpool, it was late at night there is a bus lane and then 2 other lanes I was furthest away there is also a camera on my side slightly further down, this looked like it flashed once whilst I had my headlights on they wasn't dipped they where raised aswell, it's now been 11 days and haven't heard anything, wondering if they can get you head on in this area, thanks

 

If they catch you on camera, they have 14 days to inform you - not long to go...!

They all flash but only a small percentage have active cameras in. Depends how lucky you are, also gatso type cameras get you traveling away from them.
