Not sure about the prodrive one but a friend removed the wadding from his after market backbox for more noise and it sounded terrible (very raspy).

I have just bought this Crawford Gymkhana (no wadding to remove lol) as my current quad exit nur-spec is a bit quiet.

I'm interested in this thread as I have just got a full HKS super drager system that has had a repair to the back box.The rest of the system is in pretty good nick but there is something rattling in the back box.I am planning on cutting it open all the way around the box the end where the system goes in,then re packing it with some quality wadding & hopefully have a pretty tidy zorst at the end of it.

I've cut open the top in three sections, easy to access the wadding, opened like large flaps.

Oh er Mrs large flaps 😋
I thought it would be easier to cut round the circumference of th back box at the end where the exhaust goes in.What do you think?

Haha,no mate,it has a central chamber soon would have to cut open both ends. The top is a much easier option ( not saying flaps again) . Ps,does depend what the hks looks like though.
