Default Which way??

Just bought 2 new front Vredestein ultrac senssanta's and just wondering which way do they go on. Should the blue line be on the inside or the outside of the wheel?

The blue line should be on the outside.
On the tyre wall it also says inside / outside

On mine the groove is on the inside passenger side and outside drivers side and it tells you on the tyre the right direction and inside/outside.
