Default 1front disc keeps warping

Hi I've got a uk turbo my00 and I replaced original discs and pads and after a couple mths the NS disc warped so I replaced the fronts thinking it was just a bad disc but now it's happened again same disc , I've checked the pistons and they are ok and the slider pin for pads are ok nothing seized , I will be getting the brake fluid flushed next week but some 1 said it could be my stainless brake pipe flex has come apart holding the pressure for the calliper ? any help would be great also I've had new bearings and full drive shafts but that was inbetween the replacement discs

You could also check the caliper mounting points are flat. If they're not holding the caliper exactly parrallel to the disc then it will be trying to bend the disc everytime you brake. The mounting points may have been damaged when the hub bearings where replaced and a burr on the mounting holes could be enough to hold the caliper out of alignment.

On another note make sure you're replacing the pads at the same time (never run old pads on a new disc, however you can run new pads on an old disc). Also go easy on your brakes for the first 300-500 miles as this is the bedding in period. Going hard in these first few miles can also warp the discs.

Good luck and hope you find the problem bud!!
