Rite had my front windscreen replaced on my classic last week . Noticed the next day there was problems so called them and everyday since then I'm calling them waiting to get the new screen they fitted fix as well as the damage to my car too
Gap in the front trim letting water in
Screen started to show water in the black bit
Trim at the back bent , clips broken and lose
Bonding agent inside the car
Have more pictures just some to show
Seems like not getting anywhere with them which is a pain

I had the same experience with them, Replaced the front windscreen and in doing so broke three of the trim clips, then tried to bodge it down with mastic. When i drove down the main road the trim pulled away and scratched the window pillar. Were they interested in fixing no they weren't and basically said it up to me to refit as they didnt carry every type of window clip.

I had Autoglass replace the heated rear window in my classic when it was under warranty via a Subaru main dealer, it was badly fitted & leaked but worst of all they had scratched the paintwork & touched it up with tipex, the car was white though.
Main dealer had the window removed & the rear window aperture was re sprayed along with the rear quarters, & a different glass installer replaced the window, would not let any of the big auto glass fitters within a mile of my cars.

The trim clips tend to get broken whilst replacing the screens.
My rear screen needs replacing, that's why I've bought a new set of trim clips.......

I recently had my front windscreen replaced in my hatch by Autogalss and cannot say enough about the guy who done it...100% fantastic job and everything worked as it should very professional job....
what I find hard to fathom with your problems is that didn't you sign to say you were happy with the car and the repair so okay the damage on the back of the car just seems very strange but surely the bonding agent inside the car must have been like that when you picked it up etc ???
did you leave the car with them or did they call out to you ???
what is all the horrid looking sealant on the 2nd picture as that never went like that overnight so again that must have been like that when the job as finished.
just my views...
