Default Big thumbs up to RCM

I Right I don't normally do post like this just for the effort that RCM went to on Monday I feel I owe it to the whole team to say a massive thank you.

I rocked up a tad later than expected due to traffic off the m40, I was greeted with smiles even though I was half hour late and the offer of a well need coffee. The guys had the car straight in and up on the ramp. It was in for a B service, a look over and to remove the tein coilovers as they are to harsh imo for the UK roads (turns out one was broken anyhow). In place they were fitting a set of spec c struts and springs which had only covered 17k.

Turns out there was more than one issue with the car, four or five things needed rectifying, auxiliary belt and fan belt, tensioner to name a few that were under the bonnet. they sorted all issues in the same day although time wasn't allocated for. More shockingly a previous owner had fitted a non wide track rear arb from a 01-04 car and the updated rear drop links were in fact uprated front drop links.

The guys rectified it all and in doing so I didn't leave till 6:45 (I'm sure they left even later) as the main reason the car went in was for the suspension and they didn't want to let the car leave until they were happy with the setup on the suspension.

The car feels so much better, more planted and soaks the potholes and poor Road conditions up so much better. Will definitely be going back for nay future work and I can't recommend them enough, if you ever thought about going then do

Any how big thumbs up to all the guys I had the pleasure dealing with on Monday the commitment and dedication from the staff towards the company is a rarity to see nowadays

Cheers

What did you actually pay for?

Just the suspension swap, or everything else as well?

Yeah come on, how much did it cost? ...Because I bet it was expensive so I'd expect them to do a fantastic job on your car .

Always had the utmost respect for RCM but after hearing a couple of things recently from someone I trust expilicitly, lost any credibility they had in my eyes.
