Default Reg No change

I am changing the reg no on my car and was wondering if the old one is worth anything if I try to sell it bearing in mind it will cost £80 to put it on retention. The number is S600 BXX.
When on the car S600B XX it looks quite cool. If it is not really worth anything I will just let it go.

Thanks for the replies. After all fees are paid I don't think it's worth bothering with.

Is this easy to do, I've got one I want rid of and can't be arsed with the hassle of trying to sell it. I've tried ringing the dvla over and over and cannot get through at all.
