I have one of those on my wagon, they sound good and seemed to give a slight increase to power, but the main thing was smoothness.

I have one of these on my classic. Very well made exhaust and by Subaru standards its quiet but still has a deep tone.
Mine passes noise testing at Brands and out of the three Subarus in my street, mine is the quietest car.

I have one on my V3 STI, sounds nice and one of the quieter ones out there hence why I bought it. Got mine from Matty at Pole Position on here and from memory I think I paid around £125 for it which I thought was a bit of a bargain for a good Japanese exhaust. Do a search on here and I'm sure you'll find more info on them.

For £60 I'd snap it up for sure.

You can but it'll probably have to come direct from Japan which won't be cheap. Jap Performance Parts have a few in stock at £375.

I bought one of these for £100 quid ten years ago, it's still on my car today.

It's not a true 3" though as it tapers down to 2.5" in the back box IIRC, I cut the back box off mine and got another welded in it's place.
