txtin lang for 'can happily inform people that.....'
(Oh and I guess 'bin' = 'built in nitro' - unless it should read 'has bin ready for disposal').
PS I'm very surprise they didn't mention the cherished plate.
Doesn't that spell Subaru ?

I could spell better at the age of eight, education is currently on a downward spiral and this is even more proof of it. Why are so many people leaving schools nowadays not even able to string the basics of a sentence together?

Oh, and iIrc a change of education policy a few years back where Primary schoolchildren - sorry, Key Stage 2 students - were urged to spell phonetically.
We are modern-day King Canutes. Wiser, but still unable to stem the tide.

to me it looks like the seller's first language is not english, some eastern european for sure.
"has bin chipt" most probably means "has been mapped".
in eastern europe they literally call it - to chip a car, because the general consensus is that the shady mappers are exchanging the main ecu chip instead of hooking it up to a laptop and doing all of the mapping on there.
so, usually what they would say - I have chipped the car, which would mean they have mapped it, but the english would understand either it has been chipped to pieces, or something with potato chips...
well, clearly, a not very english speaking person.
