Default Hows this for a turbo upgrade??

Hi all just wondering what peoples opinions were on this for a newage scooby upgrade,
why is is so cheap??

Is it better than the normal 16G??

Turbos are a real minefield.

I would not stray away from the proven turbo's/hybrids.

speak to someone like Andy Forrest about turbos, if he don't know it, well, then it ain't worth knowing

Got one of these (from same place) on my MY97, the car was mapped by andy F back in summer, no problems with it so far.

sure if you speak to andy he could confirm how it performed against the standard 16G.

They also sell the 18G for 475 I have just seen

I guess it could be considered "better" It has slightly better top end performance and is a hair slower to come into boost than the normal 16G. It's a proven turbo in the US here. There is also a 16G EVO III thats even a little bigger than the Big 16G. The 16G EVO3 is pretty close to an 18G but a smidge smaller.

Are these original Mitsibushi turbo's?

I've heard there are some fakes going around.

They do seem to be a good seller (570 Powerseller 99.5% feedback 4 negs in 1 year).

They have the

TD05-16g
TD05-18g
TD05-20g

and also the

Water pipe and oil feeds for sale seperatly and cheap. (which i know are hard to get hold of)
