After 3 years off and on I finally finished my Land Rover Hybrid this summer. It started life as a 2 door Range Rover, the chassis has been shortened by 12 inches, re-bodied with Land Rover Series 3 rear tub and 90 bulkhead and front end. Under the bonnet is the original Range Rover V8 and yes the number plate is for sale if anyone knows someone with a TVR!

Cheers for sorting the photo's Diablo could you let me know what I'm doing wrong please!!

StickyMicky, the chequer plate on the wings is so you can stand on them without damaging them and down the sides is to give the body work protection from boots when you get in and out etc, well that's the idea anyway!

Eeek. Horrid Wheels!!

Am a huge land rover fan myself, and did the same a while ago. Unfortunatly i had to sell it for student funds

I remember having a nightmare fixing the doors on. and the rear spats were my proudest achievment.

Nice job tho.

Is it the original 3.5 carb V8 or sommat else? Go EFI all the way!

Nelson 15, yes the green wheels don't really go but they were cheap!! It's the original 3.5 V8 carb at the moment which will do for the time being, if I do swap out the engine in the future will probably go for 4.6 HSE unit!

Cheers
