Default Insanity worx subaru impreza donor build.

Hi, welcome. I ha e decided to create this thread in hopes that maybe I can draw on the vast knowledge base here to help us create the most insane project build going and provide regular updates as to how things are going.
Build (destruction) so far:
Chassis stripped
Engine ready to pull.

To do:
Engine teardown & rebuild
Aircon delete
Fit minimum 2 turbos
Custom engine mount for custom chassis
Custom chassis
Breaks
Strip drivetrain and custom fab shafts to fit.
Replace parts as needed.

Ok so the engine is a 1999 n/a 2.0l looks like it has oil coming into the plug on the drivers side plug closest to the brake master assume this means a skim and change to sti gaskets, other than this would anyone suggest a list of parts for a full rebuild that could potentially make the engine able to cope with mad boost that should be changed now before exploding it?
When converting a n/a to a turbo I know I shall need custom exhausts to fit it or get the sti exhaust headers but what turbo s would you recommend I'm thinking 2 one for each side feeding a third larger turbo is that just asking for trouble? Maybe I'm better using a massive charger as I'm a.c. deleting so have wiggle room to install a big blower..
Other than that Il be stripping the whole engine and replacing what people suggest to change I.e bearings/rods for forged, cams and so on. With your help you may see me die.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

As far as we have gotten to date. 1 days work
Hoping to document via YouTube the rest of the journey.

You're probably aware, but the NA engines have a much higher compression ratio of 10:1, so not really suitable for turboing without major mods, You'd basically have to buy a turbo engine as donor for parts anyway. So it'll be a much cheaper and easier route to just buy a good closed deck turbo engine and chuck the NA lump.

Triple turbo's are very rare for a reason, be it OEM or aftermarket... because its massively complex to engineer and mapping is a job for NASA .
Some JDM gen 3 Legacy's got twin turbo set ups, they had a good spread of power but made no more power than a single turbo engine.

Whats the overall plan for this car? Track / Race car? Autocross? Road car?!

Are you talking a compound turbo set up?

Prove me wrong, but judging from your suggestions, you are trolling us. Or you've just won 191 million on the Euro lottery.

Why the funk bother with all that? and to what end? Whats the goal of your project?

There are many tried and tested methods of achieving sill amounts of power from both EJ20's, EJ22's and if you really want to burn money EG33's.

This is awesome.

A N/A engine with an oil leak from one of the cam covers around a spark plug hole. So the plan for build is:

Fix oil leak.
Install 3, yes 3 TURBO's?

Job done!

I wish you luck young man. You'll need it. I suggest this project will never get past the current strip down stage and eventually be sold for scrap, but I really do wish you luck.

Amazing!
