Brindley Honda?
Anyone know anything about them, good or bad? As my missus is buying a crv of them unseen it's an approved used car so should be ok, but was just wondering if anyone knew what they're like to deal with.

Apart from when they cant help old ladies show how to adjust the clock,
"Im afraid that would need to be booked in to our workshop."
Or how to change a rear wiper blade.
"Im afraid that will need to be booked in to our workshop"
Not a good start for my Mum who had just bought the car from them 2 weeks before (Invicta motors, Tonbridge).

Never had a problem with our local dealer,
Some things were very good value.
£150 for a cam belt change, both times
5 years apart !
Not so good - parts prices
£400 for an distributer
Mind you they knocked 10% off
When we had the work done
Customer service was always good too

Serviced my NSX since new...good honest labour rates, It was actually a much cheaper car to service than my Impreza
(I did the cambelt and valve clearances myself though.... I wouldn't trust them that far, but thats my distrust of any main dealership these days TBH ).
Reception staff are as dippy as any dealer though at both the Codsall and Halesowen branches. as such they could never work out what type of service was required without me telling them, bear that in mind with cambelt and brake/coolant fluid renewal dates.
