Default Saxo VTR wont start for 10min?

Anyone got one of these sh"tboxes?

Thought I would run it to keep the miles down on the Subaru but its developed a problem. I've been on Saxo forums but theyre all 17 and useless and post things like ''is there petrol in it''.

The car starts and runs fine until you turn it off. Then it wont start for 10mins.

It'll turn over, just not fire.

Leave it for a bit, and it starts no problem until you turn it off again.

I've changed plugs, coil packs, crank sensor and coolant temp sensor but its still the same.

I also wired the fuel pump straight to the battery but no joy so it must not be getting a spark.

I'm now thinking immobiliser fault or ECU fault?

I know its a subaru forum but theres more chance of a mechanic being on here than on that muppet site.

Immob sounds the issue, if its the keypad then it has a 10 min period between failed attempts.
