Rick,

He is minted, he,s got some serious powered bike too that does over 200mph, the car is stunning though, condition is to die for, when Nick owned it i,d never seen a cleaner Evo out there AND it went, 650bhp was manic.. god know what it must be like now.....

Insurance forms would be a laugh in the "Has the vehicle been modified" section!!

Mad car, mad owners and all credit to them.
Would I spend 35k of my money on it?
Only if 35k was considered loose change.

Wouldn't touch it unless I was a Millionaire, which would mean I'd do it myself from scratch.

Would expect any new owner to have problem after problem with it.

I was thinking pretty much the exact thing last night.. if I was loaded then maybe.. but (as you say) if I was loaded I'd be building one myself.

Although another high power evo sold to some 'street racers' in Manchester a while back (car planet have it now) and they just bought it to win some races then flogged it apparantly (so I read on the MLR) so anything's possible.

Have to laugh at this bit:

It is in the cheaper tax bracket £180 per year.
Probably gets through about £1 a mile in fuel though!
