£35k over 25years - is that a good rate ? Its from HSBC.Rate is variable.
APR is 4.9% (variable)

Ro,

Check out Intelligent Finance (IF), we have moved out mortgage from Birmingham Midshires to IF and got a much lower rate and pay 50% of the monthly amount for the first six months.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the advice/time to complete.
