Keeping the Scoob but want a new toy
I'm looking for a new toy to mess about with, something I can buy for 2k or less and with loads of power. Must be N/A and a hatch back. Will be using it for track use mainly.
Any thoughts

106 gti... look better than a vts but performs just as well.
My friend had one of these with a de-catted exhaust, induction kit, superchipped, 4-2-1 manifold and he put a few CTRs to shame. Defo a great track toy. I would have said a pug 205... but to be honest they're getting old now.

I would say civic type R or integra type R, for handling, and the great sound of v-tec (not sure if the come under 2K though)
If you want some back end action, a BMW 3 series sounds good, but might be a little slow, unless you get an M3
Or
The legendary Toyota Corolla AE86, these cars are very good fun, and lightweight, so in the right hands, are a real weapon (these might be a lil pricey too)
on a budget, pug 106 gti or rallye or a Citroen ax gt/gti

I am reconsidering what to get now. Have made an enquiry for an EVO X on contract hire for 24 months, going to see how much they want for it?
