I test drove one when I was looking for an 'uber banger'. Ended up with an E39 M5 for a while instead but the C32 was a nice car, just decided it was a bit too much of a cruiser for me and was lucky enough to find my dream spec BMW.
I'm guessing you got it for a bargain price with the market being what it is. Certainly I'd rather drive round in a C32 than a dis-esal.

I test drove a couple of M5's like them a lot, just found a c32 at the right spec and price so went for it. Prob will have an m5 at some point.

Sounds like you made a good choice. It's always best to follow the best deal and don't compromise on spec.
The C32 is a nice car as I said just wasn't quite what I was looking for or I'd have had it as a mile muncher no doubt about it.

I ran a C32 AMG saloon for a couple of years. I loved it. Had a few electrical niggles but nothing major.

ps it is fast.
