seat ibiza cupra...
ive contacted a guy selling this car on pistonheads.
can i ask what others think of it? is it the 150bhp model or the 115bhp model?
im sort of negotiating a p/x deal with around £2000-2200 coming my way. not too sure if hes seriously interested, but id like to ask for some general info, good/bad points, niggles etc about these cars.
any help or info would be nice, just general stuff that someone like me would miss.

No, if its got 16v its the full fat 150. Make sure it really has, not just a badge. Basically a Golf mk2 gti 16v running gear so if serviced regularly should be fine. Its had the belts done so looks a good un.

Agree with everyone elses comments
If the car is not local to you for viewing make sure you get loads of pics and as much info as possible, same with buying any car really
I had the 8v, both the 8v and 16v are failrly bullet proof if looked after, although a Spanish marque it is nothing but German technology and build quality
Just my view but that cloth in the half leather seats is a bit
good cars though
I loved mine and had it for 7 years, bought it for £10k when it was 1 yr old then sold it last year for £1750
