I love BMW's and have had 7, I am not really an Audi fan BUT I would take the S3 over the Compact every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

The new compacts are soooooo ugly.

The S3 is a lot of fun, and definitely the better of the two mentioned! My neighbour has an S3 with almost 300bhp and it's a LOT of fun!!!

That is a good idea Father Jack.

Opinions from people who have these cars and/or know who have these cars may have a better idea.

I think you would be foolish to buy a car based on a 1hr test drive and with a car with only a few miles on the clock.

Yeah - but you know how it goes, the S3 owner will say theirs is the biz and so will the beemer owner. Doubt many folks will have had an S3 and new 325 compact to compare. S3 is a bit long in the tooth now and overpriced I reckon.
