I'm left cold by the R8, at least the looks. Normally I love stealth machines, but this doesn't seem to know if it's a supercar or a quiet cruiser. Strikes me as very, well, German; doubtless mind-numbingly efficient at its job, but with not much emotion involved.
Perhaps if I was given an opportunity to floor the loud pedal, my view would change. Ah well.
