The fat-tongued chef had a 3.2 in his classic bus. Its not a new thing: the first one Ive ever heard about was David Crosby's (Byrds; CSN&Y etc) Camper, which he bummed around America in in the late 1960s. With either a 2.0 or a 2.2 litre six in, thatd not have been this impressive though...

I'm not convinced that any of them are driving that fast - I don't know what the real difference between the AM and the Porsche is, but the Porsche makes the AM look like it's got a milk float engine in it.

in a word, no.
Look at some of the other videos and then the build / spec. It's basically a tuned 993 turbo just with a different shell. It's not a camper with a big engine.
