M.O.T Question
I have a Rover 6o0. The M.O.T is due next month and my power steering is not working. It is leaking fluid but i havent topped it up and running with no pwer steering. Would this be an M.O.t failiure?

it does leak when i put the fluid in but steering is ok, fair dos no power and it is heavy but doesnt affect the way the car drives.

As above, it will fail.
You can either fix it yourself, or just remove the PAS and it would be OK. A really fussy MOTer could fail it with PAS removed, but mine is always OK.
