I captured this clip off there a while ago, it's the Group B Quattro Rally car circa 500bhp. The last 20seconds or so sum up how good the car is/was

Whilst the original sports were an icon don't forget that the body is a Quattro with 12" cut from the roof and chassis. A VW magazine did a guide some years ago as to how to do the chassis. The engine is something else though...the 80's rally cars had over 600bhp.......

I always thought Group B's were pulled out because of various accidents and deaths. From the programme i watched on friday it said Audi pulled out in 1987 because they kept winning! So they focused on Pikes Peak.

His feet never stayed in one place for the more a second ! My legs would get tired if I had to keep that pace up.

A UR Quattro that's still registered as black with the DVLA.

Their are 2 more Dialynx conversions for sale - £14.5k and another at £19k
A real sport goes for anything over 45k (acution last year) to club/private/retail up to £65k - White one advertised for 55k last year and sold very quickly from what I gather.
