Default Looking for a TVR

Hi,

I'm looking for a TVR Griffith. Would someone know of a place where I could find one for sale? I looked on the net, but I could not find any site that would be of much help.

I've got - and still have - a 1999 Griffith 500...... I got it through a good independant TVR garage in Crawley called 'Austec' ( www.austec.co.uk ). They mainly service and modify but do sell some as well. The owner Paul Austin is a helpful - though busy - chap who I have known for a good few years.

Other than looking at Pistonheads which is a good starting point you may want to try people like James Agger ( www.jamesagger.com ) who specialise in finding TVR's for customers. A post on Pistonheads asking for advice will get a few good replies as well.

Best of luck .....

Try the TVRCC (TVR car club) ...... Cost about £35 to join for a year and they have a very good classified section every month, with some gorgeous un-molested cars for sale. Also a very good place to make sure you purchase the model best suited to you.

What are you looking for?

4.0 Pre-cat
4.3 Big valve
5.0 catted?

Personally the 4.3 BV is the fella for me. Still sounded like an absolute monster and went well too.
