Hey
On my Pug 205 I had the very same problem, so i used the connecting square piece of steel which connects between two domestic door handles, which fit into a 10mm socket...

Worked time & time agian for me...

Try the end of your ratchet or extension bar WITHOUT a socket...like teh diff on a scoob. 1/2" IIRC

or is that 5/16" on them
