Autocar EVO X pics
Not sure if this has already been posted but there are a couple of pages on the EVO X in this weeks Autocar - pics of the concept still but this time the saloon not the sportback and is supposed to be close to the production look. All new engine / twin exhausts etc..
Looks great IMHO - much better than previous EVOs.. and its supposed to have a much better interior too. Can't wait til 2007 when its out.... Lets hope the new 07 Impreza has better styling !

I thought it was a given that the next gen of EVO and indeed Impreza would be hatchback-type cars rather than saloons.

Just had a look at the pictures of it on Pistonheads. I think it looks fantastic to be honest, and would def consider switching in 2007 if Subaru don't get their styling up to date.
It's stocky, aggressive and nicely proportioned. Lets see if Subaru can bring out something similar.
Those moaning about the back end - take a close look at the current scooby, it ain't what you call pretty is it. Boxy at best!
