Me already having driven a car with 400bhp and 600lb/ft weighing 2tons+ and knowing what it could do. I can assure that the Touareg coupled to a decent autobox will not disappoint

Touaregs are known to blow the transmision with the standard amount of torque that's why VW limited the torque on standard models.
Doesn't sound like ABT have done any transmission work on this model.

Thanks for that guys, my dad is thinking of buying one of those Touaregs at the end of this year but now i know they blow transmissions he won't bother.
