Anyone know the list price on these when they where new, just been talking in work and wondering whether they cost more now for a clean one, than when they where brand new

this is a mates-picked it up for £4100 off of ebay a couple of months ago-he`s put the wheels on and added some but not all the chrome bits -just add polish http://photobucket.com/albums/v365/s...%20rs%20turbo/

yer we were ages looking around for a wheel that wouldnt make it look too chav so when lee found some that were basically a 17in 7 spoke couldnt believe his luck-they were made for it only other mod on the exterior will be a scorpion exhaust coz they really sound sweet on s1`s.

I used to have a D-reg !!!!!!! with a 2.0l Zetec conversion done to it, lets just say it was plenty quick enough. Never took any pics of it tho and it looked sweet on a set of 7x17 alloys.

friends got a really nice one that I think he's putting up for sale in a couple of weeks. Had a full rebuild with 2.1 bottom end etc. Did 223 bhp at the RR day the other day. Very very quick.

Cool thread guys, brought back a few memories. Used to have one myself. Fettled by the guys at Power Engineering (blue printed engine, magnex exhaust and koni's all round). Other than that standard as it should be.
Imho one of those cars you should not mess to much with by adding body styling etc.
