Another sleeper (sort of)
I just came across this. Its a 1960 Volga
now the good bit
interior and 5.5L V12 from a BMW 850
380HP@5300RPM
260km/h top speed
6spd
Although not a true sleeper due to the bodywork changes, you still wouldnt expect it to be 380bhp.
Not bad for a car from 60s russia i say

Do you look at Boyd Coddington's work and say "ooh, where's the airbags, don't fancy your chances in a 1930's American roadster"?

That is the absolute dogs - looks superb
Buy a Volvo then.
Think a scooby is strong car? - think again! Unless you fit a full FIA rollcage

Its not a sleeper unfortunately, as its owned by a Russian 'businessman', its a one off creation and it lives in Russia. Everyone there knows what the car is and who owns it.
I read also the creator of the car is building a 1000hp Merc CL coupe for another of his clients.........

That's the 850CSi engine which was pretty much the M8 in all but name. It's got the M-tech mirrors from the 850CSi too
For those who didn't know, a tweaked version of that engine powered none other than the McLaren F1.
Very retro yet modern car!

My theory is, that if you go fast enough, you'll go in front of the car that's about to hit you......
