Default White vans

After getting left for dead today by a white Vauxhall Movano 2.5CDTi, and being similarly embarrassed by a Merc Vito CDi last week, I'm giving serious thought to swapping the scoob for a white van.

Any recommendations - what's the quickest white van? Is it true you don't have to pay tax or insurance, and you can ignore red lights & traffic signs?

All the ones i see are 2 foot off the bumper of the car in front , so not sure what the top speeds are

LoL Ive got 3 white vans , and I pay lots of insurance tax and mot when thay will need it, >> all 3 merc sprinters live up there name , for vans carrying 1 1/2 tons they will all do 100mph + , I drive my newest one (being the boss) its 160 bhp cdi , it will do near 120 mph, and the way it gets to it is good !!! for a big van ,

I was surprised that the new Renault/Vauxhall movano/Nissan vans have 6 speed, parking sensors and loads of other gagets!

Things have moved on a bit since the good old sherpa van LOL
