Default Selling M5 Question

Im in th process of selling my M5, ive got a pretty stupid question here:::
if the private market is slow or non existant and i saw the mitsubishi evo i wanted at a dealer
would they consider taking my M5 for the evo/ subaru and giving me money in my pocket ???
or am i totally thick ?? lol
evo's/ scoobs im looking at vi & vii around 16 to 18k
M5 2000 plate value around 22k
im only asking cos part of the profit of the m5 is going towards the wifes new car,
a while ago i sole my 2003 sti prodrive back to subaru for 20k without buying off them
help!!

Most dealers will do this especially if they are going to trade it on and they've had bids on it. I was originally going to PCP my new car and max deposit was less than they we're giving me on my car so they said they'd just give me a cheque for the diff.
