The missus has a Ka (thunder - special edition) which she bought new in 2002. It has ridiculous 13 inch alloys which are not Ford branded.

Anyway the car recently had a flat tyre and we couldn't find the locking wheel nut key so we took it to the Ford dealer we bought it from and they said the wheels are not standard.

Does anyone else out there have a Ka Thunder and do you too have the same tiny wheels? Or were we hoodwinked when buying the car?

Sometimes the anti theft jobbie can be in the rear side pocket the one that sits over the rear wheel arch..... otherwise maybe in the boot with the spare?

At a guess you have been hoodwinked! My GF Ka has just the basic steel wheels and I think they are 14". I'll check tonight. There are only about 3 different alloys available for the Ka from Ford.

Basic Ford Ka's have 13" steel wheels, my fiancee has a Ford Ka, but luckily the previous owner had swapped the wheels for some funky 14" Ford 7-spoke alloy wheels!
