Guys anyone able to look at the above pics and advise me if indeed it is actually possible from just a picture if it looks as if the marks on the car would polish out without using a bodyshop ? reason I ask is that the women who is selling the car to my wife caught the garden gates whilst reversing and reckons she has been quoted £250 to have the car sorted at a bodyshop. wife is buying the car if all turns out good upon viewing.

p.s been advised the first picture is just a reflection from the ground as opposed to a huge graze / dent !!

 

You may need it machine polishing to get it up to scratch..

 

They should come out fine. Certainly no need to respray
