Young brother is after something for about 8/9kish, he is after something sporty but being only 22 makes insurance a bit of a killer
Anyone got any views on what he could go for the scoob was out of his league & open tops r a no no

The Seat is only just out and 15k, but I did have an alternative, a Focus TDCi, much lower insurance group too. Plus its plenty quick enough and you can tune it upto 140hp and 250lb ft easily. Plus the drive is superb, easily the best in its class.

get a leon or ibiza cupra, you could get good examples of either for that money, the ibiza is 156bhp the leon 180.....ins group 15 or 16 i think, excellent cars for the cash.....

integra type R? insurance might hurt though depending on his history

We went & seen a Seat cupra R this morning in black very nice little car excellent build quality & hes got it for a good price picks it up on monday
Hes away pricing up new bits for it just now

Did he check the insurance?

I have owned both Ibiza Cupra & Cupra R and had problems when it came to insurance time

For some reason i had to pay £100/£150 MORE to insure the R and that was even if they gave me a quote

Anyway i hope he has fun(i am sure he will ) have a word with a REVO dealer and he will have MORE fun

clio 172/cup i have one at 21 and the insurance is roughly about 1K. good drive but i dont like the steering coming from a 205 other than that fantastic car
