Best Sounding cars
Just wondering what people reckon are the best sounding cars? here's a few:
Ferrari 360
Most TVR's
Honda ITR high revving beast
Renault 5 GT Turbo (with side exit)
Scoobies nice flat 4 burblle
Alfa Romeo's with a 6 cylinder
Porker GT3
There are others but thats all I can think of from the top off my head!!

Also listen out for the SLK55 Pace Car at the Malaysian GP as it sounds fantastic!!
On a side note, the audi a4 sounded nice when I revved its **** off
too!

Five of my favourites again in no particular order
Aston Martin Vanquish (especially at start-up)
Lola T70
Pretty much anything with a Ford 289 V8 (Cobra, Tiger, Mustang)
McLaren M8B Can Am car
Maserati Bora (with proper exhausts not Ansa or similar)

I am afraid I just think sad tw@t when I hear a loud scooby nowadays.
The owners seem to think I want to hear there nice de-cat at 10pm in the evening, in town etc.

anything with a boxer engine.
once watched a Ferrari 360 pull out of a tesco's in gateshead - closely followed by a morris minor which sounded meatier than the prancing horse! there was a scooby sti in the car park too, which was just on another level to the 360.
best sounding car though, for me, was the wrx sti that was top gear - i'd never have my stereo switched on with an exhaust note like that.

Any V8 TVR
Really anything that doesn;t sound like a normal dull 4 pot.
The greatest noise I have ever heard was........
A Detomaso Pantera, simply terrifying !
