Yes, but remember its basically the same engine as the Sunny/Pulsar GTI-R (SR20DET), so lots of opportunity to increase the power output.

Sunny engines are strong if you get the fuelling right.Regularly see 280-300bhp on 1bar.
The 200sx engine has different head, cams, inlet and exhaust manifolds though but the block is pretty much the same(slimmer bearings on bigends).

Nearly bought one of these recently..

Fantastic car and bulletproof reliability from what I hear...

0-60 times quoted in various press varying from low 7s to low 6s... top speed is pushing 150mph..

Touring spec is the one to go for with leather, leccy toys and CD autochanger.. beast of a motor which is pretty understated too.. as ever with a powerful RWD motor that can be a little twitchy in the wet (see Tiggs' post above)..

the clicky above is well worth a look too..

This is THE best .pdf document that I've ever found. Nearly every car is here and their respective 0-30, 0-60, 0-100 and quarter mile times.....

http://members.lycos.co.uk/oBLADEo/Cars/Car0to60.pdf

From the document...

0-60: 6.4 0-100: 16.6 1/4: 15.0
