Wife's Corsa has a rumble at over 50mph.. (other than me in the passenger seat)..
Sounds like it has chunky landrover tyres fitted which it doesn't..
I suspected a wheel bearing but cannot find any movement in any of them.. so suspecting a drive shaft bearing.. although I supose it could be a cv joint?
Anyone got any tips for finding it?? spray wd40 on until the noise goes?
I'd rather not change them all one by one.. but guess I might have too?
All this because I replaced the exhaust.. couldn't hear the rumble before or the failed water pump.. lol.. pump fixed at the weekend (whose idea was it to drive the water pump off the cambelt!) old pump was like a broom handle in a bucket!
So only the rumble to go.
Cheers
