Well I'm not a bird but I get 10K out of the front and the back are still fine after 25K.

Hope this helps.

the bints t reg 1.25 festa only did about 15K on the pirelli 6000s? that came with it! she doesn't scream about either. thought it was a bit crap for a light car with bugger all power.

My mums 2000 model Fiesta 1.25 Zetec needed new fronts at 15k and the brake discs were shagged though the pads were like new. Also the exhaust was blowing and the suspension needed new bushes.

A few words and I think 80% was covered by Ford as it wasn't acceptable wear for a carefully driven car.

laters

bear in mind with a woman driving, the handbrake will be on, and the hanbag will be wedged between the kickpanel and accelerator, so anywhere between 100 - 120 miles would be expected.

nah seriously i get about 15-18k out of my wifes fiesta
